We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, email and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
- What we share: your name and delivery address go to our fulfilment partners solely to ship your order. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
- Emails: we send order confirmations and shipping updates. Marketing email only if you explicitly opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: the store uses Shopify's standard cookies for cart and checkout function and basic analytics.
- Your rights: under UK GDPR you can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time — email gareth@homelabbench.com.
