Changed your mind?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty or not as described?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery (or a replacement/repair after that). We cover return costs for faulty items. Email a photo of the issue and your order number to gareth@homelabbench.com and we'll sort it.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
