We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5–12 working days. Items stocked in UK/EU warehouses arrive faster; some products ship from our overseas fulfilment partners and take longer. The product page shows the expected range where available.
- Tracking: every order gets a tracking number by email once dispatched.
- Costs: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and destination.
- Delays: if your order hasn't arrived within the quoted window, email gareth@homelabbench.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
